AI Baby Maker: Generator Face ("the App", "we", "us") is an AI-powered face fusion entertainment app providing future baby prediction, face age transformation, and stylized face swap. We deeply respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information.

- Photo Images: Face photos you actively upload (for AI synthesis)
- Account Information: Nickname, avatar, and email obtained when signing in with Google
- Payment Information: Credit purchase order IDs from Google Play (we never see your card number)
2.2 Automatically Collected
- Device Info: Device model, OS version, screen resolution, language, timezone
- Usage Logs: Feature invocation counts, generation timestamps, crash logs (no photo content)
- Network Info: IP address, network type (used only for routing and abuse prevention)
2.3 What We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT collect your contacts, SMS, call logs, precise location, or photos in your gallery that you have not actively selected
- We do NOT perform face recognition matching and do NOT build any facial feature database
2.4 App Permissions
The App requests only the minimum permissions strictly required for core functionality. All permissions require your explicit grant and can be revoked at any time in system settings.

Important Notes
- The camera is invoked only when you tap the "Take Photo" button; we never access the camera in the background
- Photos taken are stored locally on your device only, and uploaded to our servers only after you confirm
- Denying camera permission does not affect other features; you can still use AI generation by selecting photos from the gallery

Important Commitments: We will NEVER use your uploaded photos to train AI models; we will NEVER use your photos for any purpose other than the App's core features.
4. Special Notice for Photo Processing
- Encrypted Transmission: All photos transmitted via HTTPS / TLS 1.2+
- Temporary Storage: Photos are retained on our servers only until generation completes (typically < 1 hour); generated results auto-delete after 30 days
- Generated Results: Visible only to you; deletable in "My Works"
- Third-Party AI Providers: Synthesis may invoke partner third-party AI inference services, transmitting only the minimum data needed, under signed Data Processing Agreements
- No Ad Network Sharing: We will NEVER provide your photos to any advertising platform or data broker

We share your information only in the following cases:
- Service Providers: Cloud services (storage, CDN), AI inference services, payment services (Google Play), analytics (Firebase Analytics) — all under confidentiality agreements
- Legal Requirements: Responding to lawful court orders or regulatory requests
- Business Transfers: In the event of merger or acquisition, your data may transfer with the business, with prior notice
